Danni G: The insights to a journal that has ultimately led me a mental breakdown (an awakening). I hope the exercises I have created to help myself can help others that are suffering or might not even know they are suffering. Do you find yourself getting frustrated at small things regularly? Do you find yourself blaming other people for your negative emotions? Do you struggle to see what the future holds for you? Do you struggle with engaging in addictive, unhealthy behaviors? Do you struggle to hold down healthy relationships? I hope my blog can help guide you to create your own self help, positivity journal. Best wishes to you, Danni G x
